After a very successful past few months, we want to take this opportunity to reflect and celebrate the care you delivered to our clients and share with you a good news story about one of our Pulse Nursing at Home clients.

Last quarter, we delivered 78,502 hours of care to 56 clients and 4 new clients in the community.

Thank you for contributing to this fantastic achievement. You played a crucial role in making this possible, and we look forward to seeing this number rise over the next few months, enabling us to support even more individuals in receiving care within their homes and communities.

We’re delighted to share with you a client story about Joy and Tracey.

You may know our Senior Care Coordinator, Samuel Ager, from the operations team, and Clinical Lead, Jay Pattison, from our clinical team. Thanks to your incredible support, they recently had the opportunity to visit two of our clients, Joy and Tracey. A big thank you to the healthcare professionals who made these visits possible.

During his visit, Samuel gained valuable insights from spending time with our clients and learning directly from the healthcare professionals who support them. This experience provided him with a deeper understanding of how he can better assist our nurses, support workers, and clients moving forward.

Once again, thank you to everyone involved in this meaningful visit. Your dedication ensures that we continue delivering the highest standard of care.

Here are some lovely photos from Samuel and Jay's visit to meet Joy and Tracey.

As a care provider, we are committed to prioritising your wellbeing by ensuring you have the latest information, guidance, and resources to support you in your role at Pulse Nursing at Home, helping you to deliver the highest quality care to individuals in their own homes and communities.
