Our care services

Commissioned packages

We provide fully managed care packages delivered by support workers or specialist nurses. From rapid response support to long-term and lifelong care, our services are designed to be set up quickly and run without disruption.

Temporary staffing

We provide last-minute and ad hoc staffing, available around the clock. Whether you need a single shift covered or ongoing support, we’ll respond quickly to help maintain continuity of care and reduce unnecessary hospital admissions.

Specialist care packages for injury and negligence cases

We have extensive experience supporting adults, children and young people who have injuries caused by accidents or medical negligence. From initial assessment through to ongoing care, we work closely with case managers and legal teams to get the right package in place.

If you’re working with an ICB, they’ll provide you with a list of pre-vetted care providers to consider.

We meet and listen

Once you’ve chosen to meet with us, we’ll sit down with you and your family to talk through any needs, answer questions and explain how we can help.

Everything taken care of

Everything will then be managed by us to get the right package in place, quickly and with as little stress as possible for your family.
