Supporting Chase

Chase is nine years old and has Cerebral Palsy, a lifelong condition that affects movement and co-ordination.

Pulse Nursing at Home has been working with Chase since he was 18 months old, providing support to him and his family in the comfort of his own home.

Talking about her experience of Pulse Nursing at Home, Chase’s mum said:

“Pulse give us a lot of support. Charlie, our case worker, visits us once a month to ensure everything is running OK, checking on care plans, medication charts and risk assessments.”

“Pulse has provided us with nurses to support Chase. We’ve recently been on holiday and two Pulse Nursing at Home nurses joined us to provide support to Chase. We had one nurse to look after Chase at nights and then another nurse to support Chase during the day. This meant that we could go out in the day and take part in activities with Chase.”

“Pulse Nursing at Home provide a service that is tailored to us – they are flexible and always able to help us out.”

“Chase is really happy with his Pulse nurses. I would recommend the service Pulse Nursing at Home provide and we already do talk to friends about it. Being supported by Pulse Nursing at Home has worked out really well for us.”
