Jordanna joined Pulse at Home in early 2015 and has quickly progressed to Business Manager – something she is extremely proud of. Working alongside a registered nurse, Jordanna now manages all packages from conception to completion. No matter how large or small, complex or basic, she will ensure the team places the right people to work alongside their perfect client or family.
Whether you are a current client looking for advice or support, or a potential client looking to set up an individual package for yourself, a patient or a family member, Jordanna is always available to discuss your requirements. As a nurse-led team, they’re able to visit as soon as they receive your enquiry, often starting nursing care within 24 hours.
The most rewarding part of Jordanna’s job is receiving feedback from clients and their families letting her know how happy they are with the nurse or healthcare assistant Pulse Nursing at Home have placed to work in their home.
Has been with Pulse since 2013.
Bookings Team Leader
As bookings team leader, Danielle manages the bookings team and has a general overview of all their packages. She works closely with the nurse consultants to get new packages up and running, matching the right staff to the right packages, and making sure they all run as smooth as possible.
Danielle has four years experience doing nurse and doctors bookings for Bart’s Health Staff Bank. She joined Pulse in 2013 to do homecare bookings, and was promoted to team leader a year later. Danielle is really proud of how quickly she has progressed at Pulse, and hopes to continue to do so. During her time at Pulse Danielle has also completed the Certificate in Recruitment Practice course, which was one of her significant professional accomplishments.
Danielle offers clients reassurance that Pulse will do all they can to help them, and make their package run as smoothly as possible. Because Pulse works with such a high standard of nursing and HCA candidates, she can offer clients the best carers to work with their loved ones at home, and offer them the highest quality of care possible.
No two clients or shifts are the same, which means Danielle can offer candidates new and unique environments in which to work. They can also build long-term and lasting relationships with the families they help.
Danielle finds it most rewarding to hear of a client getting better. She finds it amazing to be a part of their journey, experiencing their ups and downs, and knowing that they helped make a difference to their quality of life.

Rachel helps clients by ensuring that their care plans and other home care folder documents are kept up to date and that spot-check visits are booked regularly. She always keeps in close contact with clients to keep them informed on the progress and status of their packages.
Shahida also works with their nursing and HCA candidates, letting them know about the different opportunities Pulse have in and around London. All their packages and client needs are different so there’s always something for everyone.
