Our services in England and Scotland focus on finding the right solution for our clients. We offer care for a variety of needs over the medium and long term but were also able to provide temporary staffing solutions quickly and efficiently.
We work closely with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), National Health Boards, multi-disciplinary teams and families to provide a complete end to end solution, and ensure clients have the care they need but in the comfort of their own home. Our packages are completely flexible and tailored to individual needs.
We recruit to a high standard for the most experienced nurses and support workers. Our nurses and support workers have specialist clinical skills including airway management, brain injury, end of life, neurological, post-operative care and spinal injury. What services do we provide?
We specialise in both support worker and nurse-led packages of care for clients with complex needs who want to receive care in their own homes and communities. All our packages of care are allocated a dedicated regional clinical lead (RCL), who is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are delivered. We provide lifetime sustainable solutions for our clients with the ability to transition from support worker-led care to nurse-led care, if or when required. Throughout any transition of service, our clients retain the same RCL to provide continuity of care.
We specialise in providing flexible solutions for people that want to fund their care or care for a loved one. Spending time with each client to develop a bespoke package of care, our nurses and support workers can provide a range of complex care solutions. From recent injuries to lifelong conditions, our team has a wealth of experience across the most complex of needs and is perfectly placed to provide a high-quality, confidential service.
Our staffing service supports clients with any of their ad hoc staffing needs. We understand that from time to time providers and clients can experience challenges in their packages of care, or they may require additional staffing support. Our staffing solution helps provide stability and continuity of care by providing highly skilled nurses and support workers across a variety of specialisms including ITU, mental health, learning disabilities and/or autism.
Our Short Term Reablement Service provides high-quality intermediate care for patients who are clinically optimised but cannot yet return home or to their care home setting.
